The Board is also cognizant of the current events related to COVID-19 and has implemented measures meant to protect the entire community. 3-4 weeks prior to a scheduled in-person event the board will vote on whether to resume or cancel the event as scheduled based on the following criteria. Resume Scheduled In-Person Events - if the positivity rate is less than 5% in the past 7 days and trending downward. Cancel Scheduled In-Person Events - if the positivity rate in the locality where the event is taking place is 5% or greater in the past 7 days and trending upward.
