Music Directors' Message

Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Psalms 150:6). Each Emmaus team contains a team of musicians to lead praise and worship. Music Directors for each weekend are selected from a pool of musicians who are active in the NCAE Ultreya worship support. Each Ultreya music and worship time is led by musicians from our Emmaus community. Sometimes Ultreya worship musicians are team MDs/bands from a recent weekend.

How can you get involved? If you lead worship at your church and would like to help support the NCAE community as well, please reach out! Songs and communication is managed through our Planning Center Online platform. Commitment for each Ultreya means attending the rehearsal one night the week of, and showing up early to prepare for the Ultreya itself. If the Spirit is leading you to help lead worship, please reach out and get plugged in.

Growing the Musician pool. Please consider shepherding a talented musician to walk on the next Emmaus weekend. We are blessed with wonderful musical talent in our community and there is always room for more.

2 Chronicles 5:13 The trumpeters and singers performed together in unison to praise and give thanks to the Lord.
