E-207 Rectora Message

What a blessing to be able to serve our Lord as the ‘R’ on E-207. Some days I was like what was I thinking when I said yes! But as the teaming process has unfolded it is wonderful to see how God moves. The team He has gathered to serve the pilgrims of E-207 has brought such peace and joy to the process.

Nothing is more wonderful than to see God move in our lives. Sometimes we don’t see it until much later. One of those times is when we were given the gift of an opportunity, to attend an Emmaus weekend, mine was E-172.

Today I stand as the ‘R’ of E-207. That was never in my plans, but I can see how God used this Emmaus experience (opportunity) to prepare me for His plans. God is Good!

The joy, love and peace amongst the team exhibits how the Body of Christ should live, act, and work together. What a wonderful example we will be on the mountain.

The theme came right out of the song. The song has us in corporate worship (our God), then transition to personal worship (my God). Take a listen when you have a chance, and worship along with us. The Lord then led me to Isaiah 40:8, which refers to us as grass that wither and flower that fade, then the great BUT… But the word of our Lord stands forever. We can trust and depend on something that never changes ~ Our Lord, Amen!

The logo features a Bible symbolizing Wisdom, a cross representing Power, and a heart for Love. Had to throw in some flowers and grass in there for all of us.

What a privilege to lead a weekend of committed women with hearts ready to serve Him. Forever thankful for a community that has been supportive, loving and prayerfully lifting the team and pilgrims up throughout the many weeks.
